We make a whole range of different puddings.
All the sweet pastry and crumble is made by our excellent chefs and is made daily which keeps that fresh crunchy texture which frozen products can’t have.
Our flapjacks are made with a recipe over 100 years old which we acquired from Curtis’s bakery which used to be the main Bakery in Knowle.
